Schedule a 30-45 minute Zoom or in-person meeting.

Outline our process, timelines, and core services.

STEP 2

Client Intake Questionnaire

Brand Overview — Name, website, target customer, price point, design aesthetic, product categories.

Project Scope — Products, number of SKUs, fabric preferences, finishing details, sustainability requirements.

Budget & Quantities — Target unit cost, wholesale/retail pricing, initial order range.

Timeline — Launch or delivery deadlines, seasonal timelines.

Experience & Expectations — Prior production experience, current challenges, communication style.

Additional Notes — Mood boards, competitor references, must-have elements.

STEP 3

Proposal & Service Agreement

Review questionnaire internally.

Develop custom sourcing & production proposal with pricing.

Send service agreement for signature and collect deposit.

STEP 4

Sourcing Phase

Identify and vet Italian manufacturers matching client needs.

Share a factory short-list with pros/cons and cost estimates.

Provide initial fabric and trim sourcing options.

STEP 5

Sampling Phase

Coordinate samples with the selected manufacturer.

Oversee quality control; share photos/videos with client.

Ship samples for review and fit testing.

STEP 6

Sampling Phase

Confirm quantities, specs, and pricing.

Monitor production milestones.

Manage shipping/logistics to client or distribution center.

STEP 7

Final Delivery & Review

Verify all goods match order specs.

Monitor production milestones.

Conduct a post-project review covering:
